Outside EU - calls no data required

Hi.

I bought a £15 add-on for an ios but I only want it for making/receiving calls outside the EU. I don't want it for data.

What settings in ios are needed to do this as turning off mobile data just turns it all off.

    CRL_185849  Turning off Mobile Data and  Data Roaming should simply turn off your data and not affect calls or texts.
