Looking at this, this has been a known issue with Life360 since at least March 2019.

Although I have only been with Smarty since June 2nd, I have had no issues, receive all notifications that I expect to

I've just changed DNS settings on both my phone and my wife's to 1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com and everything is working again. Earlier notifications for our Google doorbell came through immediately after making the change and Samsung SmartThings Find is also working.

We all uninstalled "Life360", and now everything works fine..
For sure there is an incompatibility between that app and Smarty, (it all works fine on Voda and WiFi), but happy to uninstall it to solve all the other problems...

We don't use "Life360" but we do use Samsung SmartThings. Since switching to the SMARTY network the "Find" feature no longer works when trying to track a phone. Works fine when using WiFi or a SIM from any other network! Something at SMARTY is broken.

Just a thought.......Have you looked at your Mobile Data Settings to ensure that the APN is set to mob.asm.net?

One could put Donald Duck in the APN name and it’ll still work. All data is filtered via mob.asm.net regardless. This differs from Three where the APN does make a difference.

VPN is mob.asm.net.
Just noticed the original poster mentioned "Life360"... Maybe that's the problem as we installed that fairly recently, and this sort of coincides. Maybe Life360 isn't compatible with Smarty?
Might try and uninstall that and see if that fixes it.

Family of 3 of us on a Group plan all experiencing this, on a variety of phones. No app notifications from Google, BBC News, Signal, etc...
As soon as we step into the house and the phone connects back to WIFI, we get all the notifications that have been blocked whilst out.
One of us has a second Voda sim in sim slot 2, if the data connection is switched to the other sim, again all the notifications arrive.
Did you find out how to fix this? Not had much joy from the chat assistant.
