Number transfer

NikosMa_2110056  When you completed the transfer request on your account dashboard, you would have been given a date for the transfer.

Normally, if you request before 5pm on a business day, it should be completed by 5pm on the next business day. (No weekends or Bank holidays).

Did you put in the number you want to keep and your PAC code from previous network?

If you have done this and the date has passed without the transfer, you should web chat with Support Team so that they can check your account.

Your dashboard will show the transferred number once it has moved over to Smarty.
