I tried buying a sim from smarty on 3 June. I received an e-mail from smarty who told me the transaction was unsuccesful. £10-00 was taken out my account on the 5 June and I am still waiting for the refund. I don't know how to get an e-mail back to Smarty to let them know of my frustration.

Sorry Everyone but have made a Newby mistake. Ignore my earlier post. Smarty owe me nothing.
