New to Smarty
When I try to make a call just get the message. Mobile network not available, what should I do.

A. Check your account dashboard to see that you have an activated SIM and also an active Smarty plan showing. (Sometimes it takes a little while to activate Asim and a plan)
B. Turn phone off then on again to try to force it to register to the network.
C. Do a Network Status check to ensure no issues with local mast.
D. If still no joy, then have a web chat with Support Team so that they can check your account.
