New sim

I previously had a smarty sim. I have now bought a new one as I didn't use the previous one. When activating new sim, it asks me to login in, which then brings up my old number. 

How do I activate new sim card with an existing email address

    SophiaE_1274576 This suggests that your previous sim is still active. It would only deactivate after six months without being used - was that the case?

    Assuming that you still have the old sim, you can purchase a plan and use it. If you have lost the sim but still want the same number, you can report 'sim out or stolen' and you will receive a replacement that then needs to be activated according to instructions supplied.
