I've started a group and added the other 2 sims which I'm paying for anyway. The data is correct still on all 3 sims. A smarty agent claimed I should get the discount but as long as I'm controlling the 3 sims from one dashboard it's a benefit

I mentioned the lack of discount simply because two of us have special deals that we incorporated into a group but they do not attract the 10% discount. To be fair, we knew that when we started, but it is more convenient anyway.
Thanks! To be honest, I can live without the discount if I don't get it. I'm paying less than I was with BT with far greater data.
