New and confused ! Need to keep old number
Hi, I’ve just received my Sim and have activated it however I opted to keep my existing number and the email confirmation has told me I have a new number.
I want to keep my old number so once I have put the SMARTY Sim in my phone, how do I go about doing this? As I did not want a new phone number.
I sent the old pac number upon initial application

AmandaN_2815811 When you activate a new sim, it is allocated a new random number. If you have applied a PAC code, you should receive an email telling you when it will transfer over to the new sim (normally by end of next business day).
If you want to use the sim straight away, it will of course work but will show a strange number to people whom you call (if they already know you!)
