Need an admin help
Hope it’s an easy one but needs admin to help. Been on here a while where I opened accounts in the past, closed but came back. Now when I log in to my normal account and click the community it wanted me to pick my username and enter my email.
however it says my username I wanted was taken and the email I use to log in was already used by a different account which is of course me in the past.
anyway I can get those accounts/username removed so I can then make this one my main email and the original username I wanted if that makes sense

You have successfully contacted the Smarty forum mostly populated by Smarty customers, just like you.
We are unable to access personal account details. It sounds like it would be best if you contact a Smarty Agent via webchat.
