Need a refund and cancel contract
How the hell do you get away from this ridiculous company

ColinBe_2999352 By having a web chat with Smarty Support team to POLITELY request a refund if you are within the 14 day cooling off period.
If you do not have a current Smarty plan then you can simply turn off auto-renew and the sim will be deactivated after 220 days. You can request a PAC and move your number to another network if you wish.
