My rolling plan has been stopped
I am/was on a rolling monthly plan 30gb for £10 just completely out of the blue I’m out of plan???

Agreed. Online chat is brilliant. If you do it via the app you don’t need to wait for it to be connected.

Have you looked at your account dashboard?
If you cannot sort it, try contacting Support via webchat as they can look at your account for any problems.
