Missing discount
When I signed up through a comparison website the quoted price was £16, however when I log into my account the bill is listed as £20 it would be no advantage to move without the discount

BrianBe_2667468 You need to take up that issue with Support Team via web chat. We are members like you and have no access to account.

You need to start a webchat with a smarty member of staff.
