Leave a group
Hello all,
I'm a part of a group plan (but not the owner) and I would like to keep my account on SMARTY but leave the plan, how can I do?

Ask the group owner to remove you from the group (You will have to set up your own payment details to continue your service) :
Sophie_514 Normally, the group owner would remove you. If, for some reason, they refuse then you could web chat with Smarty to get your account separated.
