Jwt message when purchasing new sim

Jwt message when purchasing a new sim and transferring old number over

    I'm trying to order more SIMs and getting the warning "JWT invalid or empty" once it tries to process the payment, can anyone explain what this means and what do I need to do to fix it?

      A quick Google search suggests a software issue at your end.
