Just joined smarty. Bought a sim. Can't activate it as it says ordering a new sim.

You must have ordered  a new SIM at the same time as you selected your Smarty plan.

The newly ordered SIM will be delivered from Smarty via Royal Mail, and will usually arrive within 1 or 2 days.
