Joining query

I have sent my PAC  code through and waiting for my current number to transfer. Until this time I am to leave my current Sim in....... is this correct? I sent the PAC through on Friday. Will I get a notification when the number has been transferred?

    Yes, you can leave the sim in - and you can make calls/send texts/ use data within the plan you purchased.

    If you sent the PAC on Friday, you should find that your number is ported in by 5pm on Monday (next business day).

    Check your dashboard and then you may need to turn the phone off and then on again in order to 'teach' it the correct number.
