Issue with outgoing calls
When i call certain companies landline number, such as my doctor, housing company, 0300 number, they cant hear me the call drops or they cant make out what im saying as my voice is breaking up for them but when they call me back its fine they can hear me. Its causing me problem and thinking of moving to another network, i came from giffgaff metwork. Wifi calling is activated on my phone. Please help

It could just be that SMARTY (aka Three) are still optimising their network for the increased amount of VoLTE and WiFi Calling traffic, as more and more of their users start using these services.
As more users do, the network traffic patterns will change and the Three network will need to be optimised accordingly.
If you call the problem numbers without using WiFi Calling, do you still have an issue with call quality Ruky_0329?
