Internet usage
I am confused with my internet, I live in the HD8 area Huddersfield and I lose the internet daily between 07.45 to 9.15, 12.00 to 13.30 and 15.45 to 17.00. Why is this it does not happen in Wakefield but here it is annoying to say the least so I say again WHY is there a problem with the hub at HD8?

Malcolm_1100484 No way we can tell you with any certainty because we are forum members like you and so do not have access to detailed Smarty network information.
Why not try a web chat with Smrty Support and then raise a complaint if you cannot get an adequate answer?
