I don't have data and they already told me that I have to switch to another plan but it doesn't give
I urgently need to renew my plan either with a different plan 🤦

Juanoablo I assume that you have run out of data on your current plan. You can buy a data add-on to see you through until your current plan ends - you can then choose a more appropriate plan instead of the current one.
