      Smarty do not operate a telephone customer service department. You can web chat with them, firstly via the bot and then may get the opportunity to click on and ask to chat with a person; there may be a delay in getting a response. This is done to keep costs down.

    My account with smarty is an automatic account.  To alter you have my daughters phone number not mine and she has died.  I need to keep renewing my contract which I have done for 5 years or more.

      Unfortunately, you are not writing to Smarty here - we are forum members / customers just like you. That means we do not have access to accounts.

      You can send an email to Smarty Support Team and they should be able to assist:team@smarty.co.uk

      PLEASE be careful and do not post your personal details in a public space like this - it helps the fraudsters to clone identities.

    You can only contact them via web chat. Many value offshoot networks operate this way. Or you can try asking a question here and someone can help if it doesn’t need details from your account.
