How do I enter PAC code

Once you have a PAC from your previous network, you can enter it on your Dashboard - please see:  https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/phone-number

Don't forget that, if you request it over a weekend/bank holiday, it will only count as being requested on the next working day (in this case Tuesday 11 April) and you should transfer over by 5pm on the next working day after that.
