Horrondeous phone newtork service at my house indoors
I am having serious issue in both receiving and making calls from my home. I need to go out and make the phone calls. The calls are all ok outside or even inside my office, but at home the service is just horrondeous.
My phone is 5G compatiable and at my home I get 4G network from Smarty. I don't use much of the mobile data at my home as have home wifi that is working perfect.
Any suggestion, as to why I am getting such a bad signal (rather no mobile signal) at my home. If I change network provider, will that help. I need phone just to make basic calls and receive calls. Do not use much of the mobile data as have wifi both at work and home.

It's something wrong indeed. On 3G, it was even better. Only on-data after uncertainty with my package. I emailed support before, wrong smarty development, passed over to smarty support, which was investigated every day by a different guy, asking my phone model and private info on age. With an update sent to me by organization, my phone became weird. The worst, downloading speed is ridiculous 70-90 kbs on 4G, YouTube and browsers slow down, what is the point to go on 5G.
Do you have WiFi calling switched on on your phone? That would use your home WiFi connection, rather than the mobile network, for your calls and texts.
Hi did you check to see if there is coverage in your area if so check the network status
