Thanks for this djm marchie I have passed this on for you both - I have a workaround in the meantime if you do want to activate these SIMs without us delivering another SIM to you. Speak to our webchat team here smarty.co.uk/contact and make them aware you are going to set up a new account - and you are looking to use the SIM card you have in your hand. The team will be able to assign this SIM to your new account.
