Group ownership problem

We're in a bit of a mess with our group (family) plan.

The number that was 'group owner' got moved to another provider (long story), so each time a log on, I get "this account has closed" message... I can still get to the other two numbers on the group plan, but I can't access any of the group admin functions, including adding a new number into the group.

This is made even more complicated by me wanting to bring back the previous number into the group!

Any ideas how to approach this?

RichardF_672345 I'm pretty sure that you will need to contact Smarty Support to iron out this problem.

As I'm sure you've worked out, the group owner is the only one who can carry out certain functions - and they have 'disappeared'.

Ideally, you'll need Smarty to disband the group and 'release' the other two numbers. You can then port back into Smarty and set up your group by inviting the other two numbers......simples!!!
