Fixed dialing

The fixed dialling is usually found in the phones settings and is not controlled by the network.
Normally if a code is required to access/complete this action it is defaulted as '0000' (although don't hold me to that but may be worth a try!) If in doubt 'Google' what it is for your phone model (other search engines are available).
