disable 2 factor authentication
the remember this browser option never works so i now want to just be able to login with username and password, i am happy to accept the increased risk of my account been hacked

lukefow_2033993 As per your previous post in another thread, I cannot see that smarty will change the system to give the option solely for the minority who are prepared to accept that risk.
they need to fix the remember this browser option or give the option to disable 2 factor authentication, it is annoying to have to get my phone every time i want to login!
I can't say I've had any problems with the Smarty website keeping me logged in. Are you regularly clearing your cookies / site data? How long is passing between your visits to the website? Do you have the same issue with the Smarty app?
