Deleted voicemails

I imagine that smarty do keep the messages on a server somewhere for a while, but I also think that you would need to show just cause as to why they should provide the content to you again.

If there was some form of legal involvement, that might be sufficient.

I suppose you could also consider a Subject Access Request under data protection rules, but the informal approach may be better to start with.

ClaraCoa_478027, afaik, once deleted, voicemail is no longer recoverable.

The only option that might be possible would be to contact a Smarty Agent through Webchat, who may be able to get further into your account to possibly recover the messages.  I've not encountered this problem before so am not sure if this is possible.
