Data sim
I have just purchased a data sim which i put in my ebike for tracing and uploading ride data. The bike shows 4g on the display and in the app but when I look at the sim page on the bike it says sim not active.

NeilJoh_4104954 Does the app let you change the APN settings? It should be set to mob.asm.net
Yes it let's me change the APN settings
