Data only sim
I have run out of data on my data only sim. I have just purchased the 30 day uk data pass for 17.00. Have I wasted my money as I assumed this would give me additional data while I wait for my plan to renew. It’s not made any difference. How do I use it?

CaroleN_4039980 Did you check on your Account Dashboard to see that it is active? I wonder if it just takes a short while to become activated after purchase.
As far as I can see from p.15 of the Smarty Price Guide, your add on should be working.
