Customer service
Having finally got round to making contact in regard to a small billing problem, I got in touch using the email facility.
My issue was dealt with incredibly quickly by an agent name Sohail. The matter was, as stated, dealt with speedily and Sohail’s response to my request was exactly the way we would all like to experience whenever we have a need to contact the Customer Service dept of any company with whom we do business.
Love Smarty and the service from Sohail so I’m sticking with Smarty!

DavidPa_1407483 So nice to have someone write in praise rather than the moans and groans that we see so frequently.
As a sweeping generalisation (and I am prone to them!) people are very quick to complain but slower to praise, so good for you!! Glad it's working out for you.
