Changing number
Good evening,
I have changed from 3 to SMARTY and have submitted a request for a number change (to bring my old number with me). Can I use my SMARTY sim with the number I do not want on it for the time being until it changes?

Hi Aaron,
If not too late, I recommend reading this post about porting issues before you port. Things do sometimes go wrong (we are all human after all), it just seems impossible to get any fixes from Smarty. FYI, this is still ongoing and not working for me currently

Hello AaronMi_2081680 Yo can use your smarty sim right away once it has been activated with a plan.
The only downside is that it will show a strange number when you call people you know.
The upside is that it usually takes very little time to port in your number to Smarty.
