Changing data only to phone use

I have an unlimited data only plan can this be changed or upgraded to allow normal phone call usage?

 

I seem to only be able to make WhatsApp calls

    Thistle  You will need to web chat with Smarty Support because they will need to remotely provision your sim to accept calls/texts/data plans.

    I believe you need to chat to Smarty support to switch from a data-only plan to a voice plan - I don't think it can be done through your dashboard currently.
