Can't vote in eurovision!
I'm trying to vote in eurovision which means dialling a shortcode. I've added some "out of plan" credit but still getting a looping "you've not been given access to this service" message.
Can I not call shortcodes?!

I just discovered the same problem, I only just switched to SMARTY last month and already thinking of moving - it would’ve been nice to know about this issue before moving or even having a clear explanation as to why it wasn’t working instead of the same repeated message on the call
