Cannot receive calls or texts on ported number

Do you mean in the settings? No. The phone is showing the number of the original sim. But I am unable to change it
Annmariexx A Network Reset should sort that out hopefully.
Reset network settings, the phone number showing is now correct, but still not receiving calls
