Can I turn off two-factor verification?
Is it possible to turn this off please?

Finwizzard Essentially, no. Many companies are taking the addition of 2-factor verification in order to protect your personal information under GDPR.
It seems unlikely that they will make an exception for the few customers who wish to accept the risk that their account may be easier to hack.

2FA via SMS isn’t secure. Also, Smarty offer *MFA* not 2FA. There is a distinct difference.
