Adult content lock
I have turned content lock off and still having issues accessing adult content.
what do I need to do?

It could be an issue with your SMARTY account, which is not accessible for community members JPlant1981.
I'd suggest contacting the support team, using web chat from https://smarty.co.uk/contact.
