Adult Content Filter

How do I turn off the adult filter. Went through the verify process but states invalid card and yet money has been taken & not refunded....as yet. Twice I did it.

    Is the card you've used a credit card or debit card? It needs to be a credit card for this.

    If the card you used hasn't worked, I expect the transactions you are seeing on your bank account will just be pending transactions which will disappear off within the next few days.

    Kalpesh_1980314 If you are using a credit card and it has not worked, then you will need to have a web chat with Smarty Support team to sort it.

    If you used a debit card that is no good because it does not show that you are over 18 - you can have a debit card as a youngster.

    Hi debit cards are not allowed to verify age on smarty only credit cards if you don't have one then do a webchat and upload your passport or driving licence will take it off
