Adult content filter
- I want to take off the adult content removal filter off my account. I put my card details in and it took a £1 off the card. Can you remove it for me please

As Chalkychap says, you will need to sign into your account and use web chat to speak to the Support Team. The reason is that Forum Members do not have access to your account information - the majority are not even employees of Smarty.
It'll definitely be quicker to ask the web chat team to look at your SMARTY account and remove the filter.
