Adding a new SIM card to an existing account
You will need to create a FAKE EMAIL ADRESS , and only then, with the FAKE email, you could add a new sim card on your account...some options. That is what they advised, on my review fromTrustpilot

For this reason I am waiting to pass the 48 hours to can cancel my subscription, and I will looking for a different provider as I have 2 simcards for 11 years nou
SILVIU-_4058908 Did you look at the article on Groups? You do not need a fake second email address because you canst up a new sim as a 'nickname' sim. The only difference is that the nickname cannot be operated as a separate account on its own - but that shouldn't be a problem if the same person needs the two sims.
read smarty answer from the trust pilot. also the HUMAN staff, could not overwrite (the" robbie the robbot" actions),n was not able to setup 2 sim cards for me. according with smarty , one sim card = 1 email address . does not work otherwise. If think that you can help, feel free to give me a ring. ( i just cancelled the sim card but I am more than happy to start with smarty. I tested a sim card, coverage looks good for me but... just to understand I have 2 sim cards for more than 10 years. both of them, I pay for me and wife, starting with tesco, going to o2, now on spussu. ( but for some reason no coverage like before on my area) , anywayt, I didn't get any requirement to have 1 sim 1 email address with any of the above and I had only one payment /month.
