I purchased 7 day uk data pass on Monday which is still not working

    Yes shows on dashboard…I have tried web chat but sorry not helpful

      You did have a current smarty plan that hadn't yet finished?

      What did the web chat agents say?

    rachelp_2276894​ Does it show in your Account Dashboard? If it does, have you tried to web chat with Smarty Support?
