My husband is using my referral code to try and set up a new eSIM on his new phone however he cannot proceed past the payment page, it just crashes and displays an error message. Can anyone help as there is no way of getting a decent enough response from the chat bot

Thank you for the response, yes I did eventually get through to a member of the support team and the problem has now been resolved.
