adult content filter off

To activate the settings i did the card process six times & I thought it was my card or the website. 
but no, it needs to be a credit card not debit card.

SMARTY have taken £6 in activation feels and not refunded it when it states it would be refunded afterwards. 
When should it be refunded.

These will most likely be pending transactions on your bank account which will disappear off it in the next few days.

@VerityT_2782527 Then go through web chat with Smarty Support and if you don't get any success, raise a complaint.
