My number transferred but people still receiving msg with original SIM number
I have my new phone and SIM for a month so long enough for the number to transfer. I received confirmation my number had transferred and thought everything was sorted. Yesterday I friend text me to my old number which I received but when I sent a reply it was from a different number (I **bleep** the original SIM number). How is this possible and can it be fixed to I'm sending and receiving messages with the number I want?
Number transferred partially
I placed the new SIM card in my phone on Sunday, July 30, expecting my old phone number to be transferred promptly (as promised on the account's dashboard), but it hasn't happened as planned. At present, I find myself in a challenging situation. Contacts on the Vodafone and Three networks can reach me, but those using EE and Plusnet are unable to. So far the transfer doesn't seem promising.
