Joining Smarty
Hello-I got two smarty Sims for my teenage children some time ago and another for my wife last year. I am with another provider. I have decided that I would like to move to Smarty but my current Smarty account has my son's SIM linked up with my name and email address. When I sign in, I have to ask him for the access code sent to his number. How can I painlessly join smarty with my existing number ? Thanks71Views0likes1CommentNew customer. Hi I joined Smarty today and had my number ported across from my previous provider. At 13:16 I received an email to say that my port had been successful. During the afternoon most of the services slowly appeared. At this moment, I can send and receive texts ok, internet works ok, but - I cannot make or receive phone calls. I have just restarted my mobile and retested. It is now 19:25 - it looks like no phone tonight. Very disappointing Smarty. Not a good start. I recently switched from an unlimited plan to 100gb and it was due to go out of my bank today 15/10 yet it hasn't gone out and it says cant retrieve login details on the app and on the website it says my plan has been paused and that I've activated a new sim do I want to port my number over. I havent changed sims I've just changed plans. Can someone explain and help me as this is stressing me out. My phone still works and im still connected to the smarty network. Edit - This is now all working and no longer saying paused but it's still saying ive activated a new sim and do I want to bring my number over.
