Hello SMARTY Community, We wanted to let you know that the SMARTY Community forums will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, 23rd of September 2025 at 06:00 - 12:00. As part of this update, you’ll notice several changes to the User Interface (UI) once the forums are back online. These updates are designed to improve your overall experience, but rest assured—the main functionality of the forums will remain the same. What’s Changing? The look and feel of the forums will be refreshed with new UI features. Navigation and layout improvements for a smoother experience. Core forum features and your usual activities will not be affected. We Need Your Feedback! After the update, we encourage you to explore the new UI and let us know what you think. If you spot any bugs or issues, or if you have suggestions for further improvements, please share your feedback in this topic. The maintenance and rollout of the new UI have been slightly delayed. We’re working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets the quality standards you expect. We’ll share a revised timeline as soon as it's confirmed. UPD 25/0925 We’re happy to share that the scheduled maintenance is now complete! 🎉 The deployment of the new User Interface (UI) is currently in progress, and you may begin to notice changes across the forums as updates roll out.

I’m a moderator on different forums and have quite a bit of experience working with customer facing services. I know this forum is still in its infancy but I think would should have the following sections as it grows. Device support channel. With sub channels for each manufacturer of phone. Operating system support: one for IOS and another for Android. off topic. tablet users (like myself who puts my SMARTY sim in my iPad mini) what else would people like? (remember to Kudos if you think this post is worth it, it makes me feel better about myself)
