Lost sim and asked for a replacement.
Hi Guys listen I'm so so enraged with this net work I need help. I ordered a replacement sim but it didnt show up. I need it yesterday. The customer service is diabolical hate speaking to a wall. Hello I'm Having a bit of a time with this network. I wish I could actually talk to someone. I lost my phone so asked to replace the sim still not arrived. I ordered another one. Then it said I couldn't as it hasn't been five days however its been a week plus now. I think I managed to order it but not sure its been hell the service is awful.
