Yeah I know. I like Smarty, I really do. But when this happens and it's work related, then it's serious and I will need to reconsider the provider in the long run. I'd do the same with any company that allowed this to run over several days and not notify users. This is a disaster. No data, no mobile cover, no phone cover - no calls. A total and utter disaster on a weekend in which everything revolved around contact with other people via mobile services.
