We recommend activating your SIM on the date you want your plan to automatically renew each month, as once this date is set, it can't be moved unless you pause your plan.
If you've submitted your PAC code to transfer your number to us, you can continue using your old provider's SIM until the transfer is complete. You may experience an intermittent connection whilst your transfer completes, but don't worry, this is totally normal.
Once the transfer is complete, you'll lose service on your old SIM, so this is when you need to insert your SMARTY SIM, where your number will be waiting for you. 📱
