STAC or PAC ?
Hi I've gone to EE after being with smarty for a few weeks as the coverage is better. I want to keep my number and asked for a stac code, is this right ?
MarcusN_2139829 NO - you need a PAC code to transfer and keep a number.

Is it too late to get a pac code then ?
MarcusN_2139829 If your account with Smarty is still live, then you can certainly request a PAC code. If you gave EE the STAC code and they actioned it, then your account may now be closed.
