Do smarty have an E SIM for an Apple Watch ?
No is the short answer.
There have been several threads in this forum regarding esims.
At the current time, Smarty has no plans to implement esim, which I would like myself. (This forum is largely populated by Smarty users like you & I, not Smarty staff, with the exception of a few moderators)
